Return Policy

All sales are final. Hidden Slabs mystery packs are sealed, randomized, collectible products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on the contents of an opened pack.

No Returns on Opened or Unopened Packs

Because every pack contains a verifiable graded slab with disclosed odds, all sales are final at the moment of purchase. Buyers acknowledge the odds and pack contents are randomized.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective

If your pack arrives damaged in shipping or you receive the wrong product, contact info@hiddenslabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Email info@hiddenslabs.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with photo evidence of fulfillment, including pack weight verification and tracking confirmation.
