Acceptance

By purchasing from Hidden Slabs (hiddenslabs.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.

What Hidden Slabs Sells

Hidden Slabs sells collectible mystery packs. Each pack contains one professionally graded trading card slab. Grading companies accepted vary by tier:

  • $39.99 and $44.99 (Standard / Standard + Booster): PSA, BGS, or CGC only
  • $49.99 (Pristine): PSA, BGS, TAG, SGC, or CGC

Odds for each value tier are publicly disclosed on every product page.

Mystery / Randomized Product Disclosure

All packs are sealed, randomized, and contents-unknown until opened. The buyer accepts the disclosed odds. There is no guarantee of any specific card, set, condition, or grade beyond what is stated on the product page. No claim of "guaranteed profit" or financial return is made.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or pricing errors. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Availability

Listed pricing is in USD. Inventory is limited and live counters may not reflect real-time stock at peak load. Errors will be honored or corrected in good faith.

Intellectual Property

"Hidden Slabs", the logo, and all original site content (copy, photography, layout) are property of Hidden Slabs. Card images and brand names referenced (Pokémon, etc.) are property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify products being resold.

Disclaimer

Hidden Slabs makes no warranty of investment value, future market price, or grading regrades. Trading cards are speculative collectibles whose value can rise or fall.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidden Slabs' total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.

Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
