Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Limited drops and pre-orders may have extended timelines noted on the product page.

Shipping Method

All packs ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance included. Domestic delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days after the carrier scan.

Shipping Cost

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size. Free shipping promos, when active, will be announced on-site.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Every order is insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery date) at info@hiddenslabs.com with photos and we will file the claim with USPS on your behalf.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
